Job Overview

We are seeking a mid-level Post Order Executive to join our team on a full-time basis in Hyderabad. Applicants should possess a minimum of 4 to 6 years of relevant work experience. The role involves managing the post-order process, ensuring efficient order fulfillment and coordination.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Proficient in order fulfillment, logistics coordination, and ERP systems (Mandatory skill).
  • Strong customer service skills to ensure client satisfaction and resolve any post-order queries effectively.
  • Ability to efficiently manage vendors and build productive relationships to facilitate smooth operations.
  • Experience in process improvement, with a proven track record of streamlining operations and reducing errors.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with internal teams and external partners confidently.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency while managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical abilities to assess and optimize post-order processes for better results.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Oversee the entire post-order process, ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment and delivery to clients.
  • Coordinate logistics activities, including scheduling and tracking shipments, to ensure efficient distribution.
  • Utilize ERP systems to manage and update order records, ensuring data integrity and accuracy at all times.
  • Engage with customers to provide updates and handle inquiries related to order status and delivery schedules.
  • Collaborate with vendors to negotiate terms and manage supply chain operations smoothly and efficiently.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement strategies to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and records for all orders and deliveries to support transparency and audits.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators to senior management, suggesting actionable insights for optimization.
