Job Title: Programmatic Support Engineer

As a Programmatic Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support in a 24/7 environment. This role requires excellent problem-solving and debugging skills, as well as strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • At least 3+ years' experience in providing technical support in a 24/7 environment.
  • Extensive problem-solving and debugging skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Flexible working hours, including nights and weekends.
  • Deep knowledge of the programmatic ecosystem.
  • Understanding of DSPs, programmatic advertising, real-time bidding, and ad operations.
  • Analytical ability and attention to detail.
  • Experience with troubleshooting ad delivery issues, pixel/tag implementation, and bid optimization.
  • Proficiency in using DSPs, including DoubleClick Bid Manager, The Trade Desk, and AppNexus.
  • Strong understanding of Ad Tech industry and how Demand-Side Platforms (DSPs), Ad Servers, Attribution Platforms, etc. work together.
  • Technical skills, including MySQL/Oracle database management and Linux operating system expertise.
