A Data Architect plays a pivotal role in designing and implementing scalable and secure data architecture that supports business needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Data Modelling Expertise: Develop comprehensive data models that align with application and business objectives, ensuring seamless data flow and quality.
  • Cloud-Based Solutions: Design and implement cloud-based data storage solutions on Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud platforms, maximizing scalability and efficiency.
  • Integration and ETL: Lead the integration of diverse data sources and design robust ETL processes to support data flow and quality.
  • Data Performance Tuning: Optimize data systems for scalability, security, and efficiency across multiple environments.
  • Collaboration and Leadership: Engage with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into scalable data solutions. Lead and mentor teams when required.
  • Documentation and Governance: Maintain detailed documentation of data architectures and schemas to ensure consistency and compliance with governance policies.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience: 9 to 14 years of experience.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, data modeling tools, data integration architecture, ETL frameworks, and knowledge of NoSQL databases (like MongoDB), relational databases (like PostgreSQL, Oracle), and cloud services.
  • Education: Minimum of 15 years of formal education (equivalent to a bachelor's degree) in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
  • Domain Expertise: Experience working in diverse domains such as healthcare, finance, government, or technology sectors. Knowledge of US healthcare data systems is desirable.
