Lead Beauty Services Manager

This senior leadership role is responsible for leading the Beauty Department to drive service sales, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical knowledge in skin & hair services, sales-driven skills, excellent leadership, communication & interpersonal skills, and be client-centric with strong problem-solving ability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive Beauty, Derma & Product sales targets by implementing effective strategies and motivating the team.
  • Implement initiatives to increase revenue through upselling, cross-selling, and renewals.
Customer Focus:
  • Maintain high NPS (>90%) by providing exceptional customer service and ensuring timely package execution.
  • Conduct client consultations, resolve concerns, and follow up on packages to ensure customer satisfaction.
Operations Management:
  • Maintain SOP adherence, hygiene, and equipment upkeep to ensure a clean and safe environment.
  • Monitor product consumption and manage stock effectively to minimize waste.
  • Ensure accurate documentation and system entries to maintain compliance.
Team Leadership:
  • Recruit, train, and motivate the Beauty team to achieve their full potential.
  • Allocate work, manage rosters, and monitor performance to ensure seamless operations.
  • Conduct regular meetings, share promotions/incentives, and resolve grievances to foster a positive team culture.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  • Partner with other departments for cross-functional growth and activations.
