As a seasoned leader, you will oversee the Master Data team to achieve exceptional results.

  • We are looking for an experienced manager who can coach and develop the team to ensure timely delivery of services, meeting or exceeding expected SLA performance metrics.
  • The successful candidate will standardize and automate processes in collaboration with stakeholders to maximize efficiency.
  • You will be responsible for ensuring accurate and on-time set-up, modification, and maintenance of master data in systems.
  • This includes managing training, routine, people development, and other compliance activities.
  • The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills to build relationships between departments and stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that the Master Data team is managed within agreed timescales and quality levels.
  • Quality check of the master data set-up to guarantee corrections before impact on business operations or customer relationships.
  • Ensure efficient end-to-end process management of master data.
  • Support project initiatives, including active participation.
