Job Title: Finance Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Manager to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in Master Data Management and Transformation of finance and accounting processes to achieve simplification and automation in a shared service environment.

  • Deliver customer-focused solutions for Master data management System (Vendor, Customer, material and Service master).
  • Making technology decisions related to MDM environment, interpreting requirements and architecting MDM solutions.
  • In-depth knowledge of SAP system with hands-on experience in configuration and maintaining master data fields.
  • Designing end-to-end solution architecture of MDM including data model definition and refinement, data quality assessment and remediation design, data migration strategy, data stewardship, process, and system interaction design.
  • Applying MDM technologies and tools across companies to enable the management and integration of master data.
  • Working knowledge of automation technologies like RPA etc.
  • In-depth knowledge of SAP (HANA) to lead projects for simplification and automation.
  • Evaluating new initiatives, selecting vendors/implementation partners and driving timely project delivery in collaboration with process owners and IT verticals.

Requirements
  • Prior experience in Master Data Management and Transformation.
  • Strong technical skills in SAP and automation technologies.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Education and Experience

A Chartered Accountant or MBA Finance degree is preferred. 7-10 years of experience in SSC environment and SAP technologies.
