Job Title: Data Management Expert

We are seeking a seasoned data management professional to join our team. As a Data Management Expert, you will be responsible for designing and implementing effective database solutions that improve efficiency over the long term.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of business processes and experience in data design, data warehousing, and data integration. You will work closely with the onsite data management leadership team to implement the data warehouse solution within our internal system.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop database and reporting solutions that meet business requirements
  • Develop and maintain the analytics data warehouse and master data management (MDM) system
  • Contribute to the design and development of technical solutions to ensure business requirements are satisfied
  • Develop and deploy processes to establish and track data accuracy, completeness, and consistency within the data warehouse & MDM system
  • Utilize experience with standard analytical, reporting, and programming languages and their application (such as SQL, Alteryx, Informatica, Python, R, and stored procedure)
  • Drive the adoption of data management and reporting tools for business users
  • Deliver data sets, views, and automated reporting to stakeholders on an as-needed basis
  • Document ETL & MDM processes used for the data warehouse, data flow, and data quality to ensure visibility and transparency for stakeholders and boundary partners
Requirements:
  • Professional work experience in Master Data Management, hands-on experience with Master Data Management (full lifecycle gathering requirements, choosing/implementing tool, building solutions) preferred
  • Knowledge of an enterprise-level Master Data Management platform such as Reltio MDM, Informatica MDM, Veeva Network, etc.
  • Awareness of MDM trends, MDM concepts, and other technologies in the market
  • Demonstrated experience in data profiling, data modeling, and data analysis to support the requirements
  • High proficiency with the SQL language and database management
  • Good understanding of ETL, analytics, and visualization tools like Informatica, Alteryx, Power BI, Python, Excel, and Tableau
