Job Description:

As a process associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities by mentoring and guiding associates to meet customer expectations. This involves following standard work practices while keeping safety and quality in mind.

Responsibilities include:

  • Directing IB and OB functions
  • Understanding SJIs and following SOPs
  • Mentoring associates on productivity, quality, and safety
  • Monitoring PS queues and raising Andon for any issues
  • Conducting 4M and 5S audits for respective workstations daily
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To excel in this role, you must possess:

  • A bachelor's degree
  • Fluent English language skills (read, write, and speak)
  • Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
  • Operational experience preferably in e-commerce, retail, or advertising
