Senior Leadership Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager to lead our Inbound team.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  1. Team Performance: Drive team targets, ensure roster adherence, and foster a culture of excellence.
  2. Training & Development: Design and deliver process training, provide updates, and enhance team effectiveness.
  3. Customer Satisfaction: Manage customer escalations, resolve issues promptly, and maintain high satisfaction levels.
  4. Customer Retention: Develop strategies to retain customers, build long-term relationships, and drive loyalty.
  5. Destination Knowledge: Utilize expertise in popular Indian tourist destinations to guide the team and create enriching travel experiences.
  6. Hotel Contracting: Leverage experience in hotel contracting to negotiate deals that benefit both the company and customers.
  7. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with teams to align operations with organizational goals and objectives.
  8. Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with Indian hoteliers, ensuring excellent vendor relations and smooth operations.
Eligibility Criteria
  • At least 10 years of experience in Inbound tour operations.
  • Deep knowledge of popular Indian tourist destinations.
  • Extensive experience in hotel contracting.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong PR relationships with Indian hoteliers essential.
  • Proven leadership skills to drive team performance.
