We are seeking a highly skilled Account Management professional to join our team. This individual will be responsible for coordinating with multiple stakeholders, analyzing data, and making informed decisions.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business operations processes, with experience in Excel data working, data analysis, and multiple stakeholder management.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the Business Coach in tracking key metrics and identifying areas for improvement
  • Analyzing data to identify trends and patterns, and making recommendations for process improvements
  • Coordinating with station teams to minimize losses and improve profitability
  • Tracking partner performance and providing regular updates to the Business Coach

Basic qualifications include a Bachelor's degree and proficiency in Microsoft Office products and applications. Preferred qualifications include experience in an operational role.

  2. Track DOT metric, delivery on time, and identify defaulting DSP partners
  3. Track MOT and Block level partner profitability metric, P50, P90 route count goals, and highlight actionable areas
  4. Minimize NL losses by coordinating with station teams and BC on NL Ageing, SLP GST COD cases
  5. Track DSP support hub actionable points and reach out to BC for interventions when required
