Job Title: Main Support Officer
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assisting in the coordination of customer relations. Your duties will include following up with clients to obtain necessary documents and payment schedules, maintaining accurate customer data, and providing exceptional customer service through various communication channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the CRM team in day-to-day customer interaction and coordination.
- Ensure timely follow-up with clients regarding document submissions and payment schedules.
- Maintain and update customer records accurately and efficiently.
- Handle incoming customer inquiries through calls, emails, and in-person interactions.
- Collaborate with senior executives to prepare reports and documentation as needed.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Possess basic knowledge of MS Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
- Exhibit a pleasant personality with a strong customer-centric approach.
- Show willingness to learn and grow within our real estate CRM environment.
