About the Role:

  • Lead and mentor a team of infrastructure leads, engineers, and service owners across global teams.
  • Drive alignment with global IT strategy focused on automation, scalability, and cloud-native architecture.
  • Represent infrastructure delivery in global planning and governance forums.
  • Ensure availability, reliability, and performance of on-premises and cloud-hosted infrastructure platforms.
  • Own and improve SLAs and KPIs regarding design, deployment, transition to manage, decommission, incident response, problem management, and change control processes.
  • Champion operational (SRE) enablement, compliance (including SOX/PCI), and security best practices.
  • Lead the transformation from legacy systems to modern infrastructure.
  • Support DevOps toolchain integration and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) adoption by developing and maintaining IaC templates and scripts.
  • Foster a high-performing, engaged, and continuously learning team culture.
  • Manage workload balancing, shift planning, and collaboration across geographies.
  • Work experience of installation, configuration, and maintenance of on-premise and cloud infrastructure by automation.
