We are seeking a seasoned and forward-thinking Key Account Growth Strategist to cultivate meaningful relationships, identify lucrative opportunities, and drive long-term partnerships.
Main Responsibilities- Customer Relationship Management: Foster and maintain robust, long-lasting connections by thoroughly understanding client needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Opportunity Identification & Closure: Identify new avenues for growth, engage with key decision-makers, and steer opportunities from inception to realization.
- Strategic Outreach: Represent the firm at industry events, network with stakeholders, and position the organization as a trusted partner in strategic growth initiatives.
- Proposal Development: Craft compelling proposals and presentations aligned with client requirements, showcasing the organization's value proposition.
- Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless solutions and exceed client expectations.
- Revenue Goals: Develop and execute strategies to meet or surpass revenue and profitability targets.
- Market Insights: Monitor emerging trends and opportunities to keep the organization ahead of the curve.
- 4–6 years of sales experience; institutional and corporate sales background preferred.
- Strong networking, negotiation, and presentation skills; ability to engage senior decision-makers.
- A proactive self-starter who thrives in an entrepreneurial environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related discipline (MBA preferred but not mandatory).
