Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Process and Value Chain expert to lead our Lead-to-Revenue (L2R) advisory engagements. As a Principal Consultant, you will be responsible for reviewing value chain models, studying current processes, and recommending best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review value chain models for L2R functions and study current processes to assess gaps and recommend best practices.
- Champion and implement new value chain at client organizations.
- Advise Chief Revenue Officer / Chief Sales Officer on Customer Engagement, Sales, and Revenue management processes.
- Drive transformation programs around Lead to Cash and assist LTIMindtree Sales, Delivery, and Practice teams with solutioning expertise.
- Provide thought leadership and publish white papers/speaking slots in events.
Requirements:
We are looking for candidates with strong experience and understanding of functions upstream and downstream of CRM processes, data models, data structures, and high-level integration concepts. A foundational knowledge of one or more core ERP systems such as Oracle Biz Suite, SAP, D365 is required.
A Plus:
- Experience working with SAAS platforms like C4Hana, Salesforce, Oracle Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud.
- Thought leadership and published white papers.
- Speaker and part of Q2C Forums.
- Excellent skills around presentations and articulation of ideas.
- Ability to lead deal cycles.
About the Ideal Candidate:
The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of leading Advisory and Consulting engagements, advising CXOs or their N-1 stakeholders around Lead to Cash, and experience in Transformation programs around Lead to Cash.
