As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to build, scale, and grow high-impact business units.

This role is designed for ambitious young professionals eager to learn from experienced leaders and develop skills in various areas including marketing, sales, product development, operations, and learning experience.

  • Identify opportunities for growth through research and customer feedback, owning category Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and driving end-to-end Go-To-Market (GTM) plans to achieve revenue and efficiency targets.
  • Translate insights into positioning, pricing, channels, and launch timelines.
  • Remove structural barriers by aligning goals, clarifying ownership, and establishing shared metrics/OKRs across teams.
  • Coordinate efforts between product, marketing, sales, operations, and analytics to create cohesive plans and accelerate learning cycles.
  • Design and execute pilots and A/B tests, analyze results, and scale successful strategies across channels and segments.
  • Develop and manage relationships with external partners, vendors, and thought-leaders to enhance capacity and accelerate GTM.
  • Map customer journeys, synthesize pain points, and feed insights back into messaging and roadmap decisions.
