We are seeking a seasoned Growth Accelerator to lead our Growth function, driving strategic initiatives and executing plans to achieve company growth goals.

About the Role
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product and Marketing, to develop and execute GTM strategies for all business markets.
  • Leverage strong analytical skills to measure marketing effectiveness and drive data-informed decision-making.
  • Cultivate a culture of experimentation and iteration to drive sustainable growth.
  • Develop and manage budgets to support marketing initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have 3-6 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of scaling up from scratch.

Key Requirements
  • Strong experience in Growth Hacking, Product Marketing, demand generation, and performance marketing.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build relationships with stakeholders.
  • Highly goal-driven and comfortable working in fast-paced environments.
