Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Growth Accelerator to drive pipeline growth for our semiconductor services by identifying and qualifying potential global clients in the industry ecosystem.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough research on potential clients in the semiconductor, fabless design, and IP services sectors
  • Utilize platforms like Sales Navigator, Apollo, Zoom Info, and CRM tools to build lead pipelines
  • Execute outbound campaigns via email, social media, and messaging to generate qualified leads
  • Coordinate discovery calls between leads and sales/pre-sales stakeholders
  • Maintain accurate lead data and activity logs in CRM systems
  • Track key lead generation metrics (e.g., MQL, SQL conversions)
  • Support strategic research, competitor analysis, and client profiling

Qualifications & Skills:

  • MBA from a reputable institution with an undergraduate degree in Electronics / ECE / Electrical
  • 1-5 years of experience in business development, lead generation, or sales (B2B tech preferred)
  • Basic understanding of semiconductor terminology (ASIC, SoC, RTL, IP, etc.) is preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in CRM tools and sales outreach platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Hub Spot)
  • Highly motivated, research-driven, and detail-oriented
