Chemist Box Private Limited is a prominent multi-outlet retail pharmacy chain in Patna, seeking a dedicated Store Manager to lead our team. With 9 physical stores and 1 online outlet, we are the go-to destination for high-quality pharmaceutical products.
Job DescriptionThe Multi-Store Pharmacy Manager will oversee the operations and performance of multiple offline pharmacy stores within our organization. This role requires effective leadership, strategic thinking, and a strong commitment to ensuring the highest level of customer service and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities- Set up and manage processes from branch opening to closing, including inventory, store, and employee timing, audit, marketing, performance, and offers.
- Train staff in the store or head office and review processes at regular intervals for improvements.
- Manage and coordinate the day-to-day operations of all pharmacy stores, ensuring each store is adequately staffed and schedules are optimized for efficiency.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment as needed, implementing and enforcing company policies, procedures, and standards across all stores.
- Recruit, train, and supervise store managers and pharmacy staff, conducting regular performance evaluations and providing constructive feedback.
- Maintain high standards of customer service, resolving customer complaints or issues, and implementing strategies to enhance the customer experience and loyalty.
- Ensure all pharmacies adhere to local, state, and federal regulations and licensing requirements, conducting regular compliance audits and taking corrective actions as needed.
- Monitor and analyze store financial performance, including sales, expenses, and profitability, developing and executing strategies to improve store profitability.
- Implement inventory control measures to minimize waste and optimize stock levels, monitoring expiration dates and managing product recalls if necessary.
Preferred qualifications include an MBA or Post Graduate Diploma in Management, with three years plus experience in managing multiple stores.
BenefitsThe salary range for this position is up to INR 11 lakhs per annum plus incentives.
