Job Description:

As a Management Trainee, you will be responsible for managing customer payments and resolving unapplied cash items. This involves researching and resolving credit card chargebacks, processing cash receipts, and reconciling bank statements. You will also work closely with other departments to troubleshoot and resolve customer payment discrepancies.

  • Process cash receipts and postings to customer accounts
  • Research and resolve credit card chargebacks
  • Reconcile bank statements and identify any discrepancies
  • Work with other departments to resolve customer payment issues
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need the following skills and qualifications:

  • Relevant experience in OTC dispute resolution
  • SAP Financials, Billing, and AR experience
  • Background in Accounts Receivable and billing systems preferred
  • Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, Excel is a must
