Located in the vibrant city of Hyderabad, our team at Nexgenhiringexperts is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Support Associate. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our clients via telephone, instant messaging, and email.
We offer a competitive salary of approximately ₹3.5 LPA for freshers and up to ₹4 LPA for experienced candidates.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Provide top-notch customer service by phone, email, or instant messaging.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for inbound customer issues, escalating technical product-related problems when necessary.
- Process a high volume of inquiries related to FIS products and services, aiming to resolve a targeted percentage of these inquiries.
- Troubleshoot customer problems, identify the root cause, and utilize tools and resources effectively to resolve issues.
- Follow up on escalated issues with coaching and mentoring to enhance overall knowledge and problem-solving skills.
- Track and document inbound support requests, ensuring proper notation of customer issues.
- Update customer information accurately and meet quality standards, adherence to schedule, and average handling time.
- Provide guidance and/or mentoring to less experienced Customer Service Associates as needed.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
