Job Description
Snaphunt is seeking a skilled CUSTOMER SUPPORT EXECUTIVE to join our team. As a key member of our customer support department, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and support to our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide timely and accurate solutions through various communication channels.
- Identify customer needs and provide personalized support to ensure their requirements are met.
- Resolve product or service issues by clarifying customer complaints, determining the root cause, and providing effective solutions.
- Route customers for assistance if necessary, ensuring timely resolution.
- Engage with potential customers to provide detailed information about our products or services.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in a customer service or customer success role, preferably within the IT services, software, or other related fields.
- Working knowledge of email management, communication, and troubleshooting.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to handle numerical data.
- Self-starter with a high level of resilience and goal-oriented approach.
- Experience with help desk software and remote support tools.
- Understanding of CRM systems and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
