Job Title: Senior Payroll Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Payroll Executive to join our team. As a key member of the finance department, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring statutory compliance, and providing exceptional support to employees.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage payroll data, including salary inputs, deductions, bonuses, leaves, and attendance records.
  • Ensure timely and accurate disbursement of salaries, benefits, and allowances.
  • Coordinate with Finance to resolve payroll-related issues and queries.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with employees, management, and external stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date with changing payroll laws, regulations, and industry best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Advanced Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables, conditional formatting, and data validation.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Deep understanding of payroll processes, statutory compliance, and employment laws.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
