Vice President, Payroll Management Expert
Description:
We are seeking an experienced Vice President of Payroll to lead our global payroll operations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing complex payroll teams and ensuring compliance with local, national, and international laws and regulations.
Responsibilities:
* Strategize and lead end-to-end payroll operations for employees across regions
* Ensure compliance with local, national, and international payroll laws and regulations
* Develop and implement policies, procedures, and system improvements to optimize payroll processes
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including HR, Finance, IT, and legal teams, to align payroll strategies with organizational goals
Requirements:
* Minimum 15 years of experience in payroll management with a proven track record of leading large-scale payroll teams
* Strong knowledge of payroll software, Workday preferred, compliance regulations, and tax laws
* Exceptional leadership skills with experience in driving process optimization and team development
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong stakeholder relationships
