Senior Director of Technology Infrastructure

The Senior Director of Technology Infrastructure is responsible for leading the technology backbone that powers learning across 9,000+ schools and over 1,00,000 devices.

  • Oversee all hardware operations to ensure high availability, low TCO, and seamless user experiences.
  • Develop and execute a future-ready hardware strategy across schools, internal teams, and warehouse systems.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to drive large-scale hardware deployments and operations.
  • Evaluate and onboard new hardware technologies to support classroom innovation.

Required Skills:

  • 10+ years of experience in IT infrastructure and hardware operations, including 5+ years in leadership roles managing distributed teams and multi-vendor ecosystems.
  • Proven success in managing large-scale hardware deployments and operations Technical & Operational Mastery
  • Demonstrated expertise in establishing and managing enterprise-wide IT infrastructure, including end-user devices (computers and mobile devices), servers, and network systems
  • Deep understanding of Android-based hardware, smart TVs, and interactive panels deployed at scale in field environments such as schools or distributed branches.
  • Experience working with hardware OEMs, IT service partners, and managing full lifecycle procurement with a focus on cost optimization (TCO).
