Change Management Specialist Role

This role involves leading the people side of change initiatives, including process improvements and organizational restructuring.

Key Qualifications and Experience
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in change management, consulting, or a related field is required.
  • A bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or Human Resources is essential.
  • Proven techno-commercial knowledge and understanding of business processes are crucial for this role.
  • Change Management certification (Prosci) is highly desirable.

Responsibilities include:

  • Coaching senior leaders and executives on their role as change sponsors.
  • Providing direct support and coaching to managers and supervisors as they help their direct reports through transitions.
