Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned consultant to lead organization change management tracks in large-scale transformation projects. This role involves collaborating with clients to navigate their strategy-to-execution journey.

  • Lead organization change management track in large-scale transformation projects, including Digital Transformation, AI&I programs, and Large ERP transformation programs.
  • Work as an effective change management consultant assisting clients in their large-scale transformation journeys, either as a sole Change practitioner or leading the change team.
  • Collaborate with consulting teams and/or other delivery units to create effective technology and non-technology solutions.
  • Manage and motivate client stakeholders and consulting team members to create momentum and a high-performance culture.
  • Develop thought leadership to drive points of view in the market and contribute to business development through RFP/RFI responses and proactive offer development.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Overall experience of 5-8 years, with at least 3+ years of top-tier consulting experience post-MBA preferably as a change management specialist in technology/non-technology-driven transformation programs.
  • Hands-on experience of end-to-end change management interventions in at least 2-3 transformation programs, irrespective of the context of change.
  • Comfortable working with digital solutions in information systems/technology-driven transformation programs.
  • Experience of developing a change strategy for large-scale transformation programs with a global reach.
  • Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment.
  • Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to create and deliver high-impact communications to senior stakeholders and facilitate discussions.
  • Strong executive-level relationship-building skills.
  • Past experience in management consulting with consulting firms.
  • Certification in change management such as Prosci, PCI, etc. will be an added advantage.
