We are seeking an experienced professional to fill the role of Client Engagement Manager.

About the Role

This is a key position that involves providing strategic consulting to clients, delivering insights and solutions that drive business growth.

  • The successful candidate will provide support to Business Relationship Managers in developing strategies to meet client business objectives.
  • They will also be responsible for managing and supervising global projects across various therapeutic areas.

Responsibilities include:

  • Delivering high-quality project deliverables in the form of presentations and reports.
  • Developing and maintaining project plans, launch plans, and client solution sites.
  • Ensuring medical integrity and accuracy throughout all client projects.
  • Providing strategic support to medical, commercial, and regulatory teams using data-driven insights.
  • Managing internal and external stakeholders to deliver high-quality projects on time and within scope.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must have a Master's Degree or equivalent experience and 4-10 years of related experience in consulting or client services.

You should be proficient in spreadsheet software (Excel), project management software, word processing software (Word), email software (Outlook), and presentation software (PowerPoint).
