Main Responsibilities:
- Campus Recruitment: Develop relationships with existing accounts to increase share of wallet and identify new opportunities to expand the network.
- Strategic Industry Engagement: Create a comprehensive strategy to build strong relationships with leading organizations and industry leaders.
- Corporate Connections: Secure distinguished guest speakers, source live projects, and establish mentorship programs.
Candidate Profile:
- A seasoned professional with experience in corporate relations, business development, talent acquisition, or career services, preferably within higher education or a related field.
- Possesses a strong network of senior-level contacts across various industries.
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically and translate industry trends into actionable initiatives.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with high professionalism.
- Ability to manage competing priorities.
