Executive Career Services Leader

The ideal candidate will lead the career services function, guiding students through their career development journey and overseeing the end-to-end placement process.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Campus Recruitment: Develop relationships with existing accounts to increase share of wallet and identify new opportunities to expand the network.
  • Strategic Industry Engagement: Create a comprehensive strategy to build strong relationships with leading organizations and industry leaders.
  • Corporate Connections: Secure distinguished guest speakers, source live projects, and establish mentorship programs.

Candidate Profile:

  • A seasoned professional with experience in corporate relations, business development, talent acquisition, or career services, preferably within higher education or a related field.
  • Possesses a strong network of senior-level contacts across various industries.
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically and translate industry trends into actionable initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with high professionalism.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities.
