Job Title: Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

Description:

  • We are seeking a seasoned Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. This individual will be responsible for leading end-to-end recruitment processes, from requirement gathering to onboarding.
  • The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with hiring managers, candidates, and internal stakeholders.
  • A strong background in talent acquisition, with experience in managing high-volume positions and pipeline management.

About the Role:

  1. Pursue strategic recruitment initiatives to meet business needs, focusing on quality of hire and time-to-hire metrics.
  2. Analyse requirements and develop effective delivery plans with Recruitment Heads and Managers.
  3. Use cost-effective methods and strategies to drive successful outcomes.
  4. Maintain a deep understanding of the recruitment market, staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
  5. Demonstrate exceptional influencing and execution skills to achieve desired results.
  6. Build and maintain relationships with potential hires, extending offers, negotiating compensation, and coordinating joining formalities.
  7. Streamline and innovate the recruitment process through creative solutions.
  8. Exercise effective convincing and negotiation skills to attract top talent.
  9. Produce accurate MIS reports on weekly, monthly, and need basis.
  10. Exhibit strong stakeholder management skills, fostering collaboration and open communication within the team.
  11. Mentor junior team members to enhance their knowledge and skills.
  12. Ensure seamless handling of Internal and External Audits.
