Key Responsibilities

  • Nurture and develop trusted relationships with key clients
  • Build comprehensive understanding of key customer needs and requirements
  • Take ownership of driving repeat transactions and minimizing churn
  • Act as the liaison between key customers and internal teams
  • Resolve any issues or problems faced by customers and address complaints to maintain trust
Performance Metrics
  • Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts using key account metrics
  • Grow client revenue, cross-sell and up-sell to existing client portfolio to increase penetration
  • Liaison with key decision-makers – Business Managers, Risk Managers, Product Managers, etc. in banks and financial institutions to identify new opportunities and grow existing business
Requirements and Qualifications
  • BE/BTech graduates + MBA in Finance
  • 8+ years of experience in Business Development and sales focused on B2B KAM or Enterprise KAM. Experience in Platform Sales across Rating Agency, B2B e-commerce platforms, SAAS platforms, Fintech, payment gateways will be preferred
  • Excellent presentation skills and experience in Key Account Management
  • Experience in platform sales across Rating Agency, Private Bank, and other Financial services
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple relationships parallelly
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication, managing technical proposals
  • Ability to work under pressure & track record of delivering targets
