
Culinary Operations Manager

Job Overview:
The position of Station Leader is an entry-level role on the cruise fleet. This position is responsible for supervising and coordinating activities in a specific workstation, preparing and cooking food products as instructed by the direct supervisor.
Responsibilities include ensuring that food items are prepared and presented according to corporate recipe standards, conducting inventory of workstation storage, and training junior chefs for proper service.
The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years of experience in an upscale environment, with a culinary degree and strong management skills in a multicultural setting.
This role requires excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills, as well as knowledge of basic accounting principles and intermediate computer software skills.
The successful candidate will be able to take over other assigned stations as needed and demonstrate the ability to step up as a temporary station leader or head chef depending on ship class and requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
