Job Overview:

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • 4 years of experience in an upscale hotel, resort, or cruise ship, with 2 years as a Line Cook.
  • Culinary school degree required, with a focus on management skills in a multicultural environment.
  • Effective communication, problem-solving, and people skills, with strong interpersonal relationships built through conflict resolution and customer service expertise.
  • Knowledge of personalized service principles and guest satisfaction techniques, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Strong planning, coaching, and evaluating skills, with the ability to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities.
  • Intermediate computer software skills required, with proficiency in relevant tools and systems used in the kitchen.
