The ideal candidate for this Branch Manager position will oversee daily branch operations, ensuring seamless execution and optimal performance. This role involves strategic planning, team management, and regulatory compliance.

A strong Branch Manager should possess expertise in operational management, team leadership, and strategic planning. Your skills in these areas will be valuable assets to our organization.

You will work closely with the ATM Executive to ensure timely withdrawal/collection and loading/depositing. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining hassle-free operations by administering requirements and roster preparation of crew as per route dispatch time.

Timely dispatching of routes from the Branch/Vault Office is also a critical aspect of this role. You will need to follow up with Vault officer/Bank Officials on issuance of cash to custodian for ATMs Replenishment.

Maintaining hardcopy of Takeover & Handover of ATMs and adhering all-risk mitigation procedures are also essential responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Managing day-to-day operations
  • Resource management of hub for driver, gunman & custodian
  • Route planning, duty assigning, and audit planning
  • Ensuring timely withdrawal/collection and loading/depositing
  • Plannning and performing operations as per tasks assigned by managers
  • Carrying out surprise audits to ensure adherence of laid down processes
  • Assisting ATM Executive in collecting, collating, recording & reporting day-to-day operations
  • Maintaining hassle-free operations by administering requirements
  • Roster preparation of crew as per route dispatch time
  • Maintaining hardcopy of Takeover & Handover of ATMs
  • Adhering all-risk mitigation procedures to avoid cash loss during operations
  • Timely dispatching of routes from Branch/Vault Office
  • Following up with Vault officer/Bank Officials on issuance of cash to custodian for ATMs Replenishment
