Job Title: LPG Operations Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to oversee the daily operations of our LPG cylinder filling station. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong technical knowledge and leadership skills to join our team in Kigali, Rwanda.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage the day-to-day activities of the filling station, ensuring safe and efficient operations.
  • Monitor and control LPG stock levels, including inventory tracking and replenishment planning.
  • Enforce strict safety standards and compliance with local regulations.
  • Maintain and supervise equipment, including pumps, compressors, scales, and valves.
  • Prepare operational reports and documentation.
Candidate Profile:
  • Degree in mechanical engineering, electromechanics, energy, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in LPG operations or similar industrial setting.
  • Strong knowledge of LPG systems, plant safety procedures, and equipment handling.
  • Leadership skills and ability to work independently under pressure.
  • English proficiency required (French is a plus).
  • Experience working in multicultural environments is an asset.
