Job Overview

A role responsible for managing employee life cycles, contractor management, and HR operations. This position requires strong organizational skills, proficiency in HRIS platforms, and excellent communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end onboarding processes for new hires, including pre-employment documentation, system access provisioning, and compliance checks.
  • Coordinate offboarding processes for leavers, ensuring completion of exit formalities and timely deactivation of access.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of employee information and documentation.
  • Provide support for employee queries related to HR policies, processes, and systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address employee needs.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong understanding of HR operations, processes, and systems.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with high attention to detail.
  • Proficient in HRIS platforms and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with employees and stakeholders globally.
  • Knowledge of global employment laws and best practices.
