Job Title
We are seeking a seasoned Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with corporate clients, particularly in the MSME and MNC sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities with corporate clients, managing the entire sales cycle from lead generation to onboarding and retention.
- Client Advisory: Provide expert advice to clients on their business exposure to currency and rate markets, utilizing industry-leading treasury management solutions.
- Strategy and Planning: Develop strategic plans to grow the treasury services footprint at the city level, ensuring seamless delivery of products and services.
- Treasury and For-Ex Solutions: Offer operational expertise in treasury, foreign exchange, and corporate borrowings to the sales team, ensuring efficient product delivery.
- Client Relationship Management: Manage key client relationships, focusing on retention and upselling through unique value propositions and advisory services.
- People Management: Hire, train, and mentor the sales team to expand into the network of MSMEs and corporates that can partner with the platform.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in banking, with subject matter expertise in treasury, foreign exchange, commercial borrowings, and/or trade.
- Strong business development and account management skills.
- A robust network of corporates and MSMEs in Mumbai.
Preferred Skills:
- Startup experience.
