Job Title: Senior Post-Sales Manager

Hiring a seasoned professional to manage the entire customer closing journey from end-to-end.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the post-sales process including agreement execution, registration, possession, and final settlements.
  • Coordinate with Sales, CRM, Finance, Legal, and Project teams for seamless handovers.
  • Ensure statutory compliance through stamp duty, registration, RERA documentation, and taxation.
  • Resolve customer queries related to documentation, possession, and payments.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and closing-related documentation.
  • Drive process improvements to enhance customer experience during the post-sales phase.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • At least 7 years' experience in post-sales management or a similar role.
  • Extensive knowledge of real estate documentation, compliance, and registration processes.
  • Excellent communication, customer-handling, and coordination skills.
  • Graduate or Post-Graduate degree preferred.
