About the Role:

We are looking for a Sales Coordinator with Personal Assistant skills to support our Sales team and senior management. This role is a blend of sales coordination (handling client communication, order processing, and reporting) along with personal assistant duties (scheduling, travel planning, and administrative support). The ideal candidate will be proactive, organized, and able to multitask effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Coordination:

  • Assist the sales team with client communication, follow-ups, and order updates.
  • Prepare and maintain sales reports, trackers, and presentations.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (accounts, logistics, operations) to ensure smooth order execution.
  • Maintain customer databases and update CRM systems.
  • Support in preparing proposals, quotations, and contracts.

Personal Assistant Duties:

  • Manage calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements for senior management.
  • Handle correspondence, calls, and emails on behalf of the Director/Manager.
  • Organize meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes.
  • Assist in day-to-day administrative tasks and confidential matters.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in sales coordination/assistant roles.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
