**Job Summary**:
The Sales Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the sales team, ensuring smooth sales operations, and maintaining strong relationships with clients. The role involves handling administrative tasks, coordinating with internal teams, and assisting in achieving sales targets.
**Key Responsibilities:Sales Support & Coordination**:
- Assist the sales team in managing schedules, preparing sales reports, and maintaining client databases.
- Coordinate with different departments (logistics, finance, production) to ensure timely order processing and delivery.
- Prepare and send quotations, proposals, and contracts to clients.
- Follow up on leads, inquiries, and pending payments.
**Customer Relationship Management**:
- Act as a point of contact for customers, responding to inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and support the team in acquiring new customers.
- Address customer feedback and work with relevant teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
**Sales Operations & Reporting**:
- Maintain and update sales records, reports, and presentations.
- Track sales performance and prepare weekly/monthly sales reports.
- Assist in preparing sales forecasts and analyzing trends.
**Administrative & General Support**:
- Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the sales team.
- Maintain and organize sales documents and contracts.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all sales activities.
**Qualifications & Skills**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in sales coordination or a similar role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
**Preferred**:
- Experience in Herbs and Spices industry as a sales coordinator.
- Knowledge of ERP or sales management tools.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
