**FUNCTIONAL COMPETENCIES**:
**1. Plan & Execute Dispatch Activities.**
- Plan to dispatch material as per order ready date.
- Dispatch related documentation (preparing invoice, Packing List, PDI Reports, any special requirement)
- Co-ordinate with Production Planner and Customer Service Executive for Domestic/Export.
- Monitoring of Packing, Cleaning of Finished Goods.

**2. Logistics Activities**
- To get the quotation of transportation requested by sales.
- As per dispatch plan arrange the vehicle at factory.
- Co-ordinate with Sales Team/Customer, Customer Service Executive and Transporter.
- Preparing Invoice and other document related to dispatch & Co-Ordination with Stores, Production dept.

**3. Excise Related Documentation and Maintain Record**
- Maintain all records as per Central Excise Law and Service Tax Law,Working & Manually/Online

Submit the ER-1, ER-6, ER-7, ER-4 etc, Maintaining Daily Stock Account (RG1 Register), RG23A-I

& II & RG23C-I & II Register, Annexure IV, Annexure V & VI, ARE 1 & ARE 3A, Monthly

physical stock audit with Excise Stock.
- Responsible for the execution of export documentation, Arrange details of shipments with forwarders,

carriers as necessary for exports, Responsible for submit Proof of Export to Excise Department.

Ensure that all documentation meets export regulationsMaintain RG23 PART-1 Finished Goods with

Physical Stock Posting in SAP Monthly.
- Return Goods (FG) Documentation/Intimation to Excise.
- Liaising with Excise Officer.
- Maintain update all the files related to excise, service tax, export and invoice

**4. Prepare & Maintain documentations as per ISO/ TS**
- Create intra and inter department reporting system for better communication.
- Prepare and maintain documentations as per ISOTS 16949.
- Compliance to the ISOTS 16949 audit requirement.

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Gandhinagar, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Excise documentation: 2 years (preferred)
- Excise Related Documentation and Maintain Record: 2 years (preferred)
- Prepare & Maintain documentations as per ISO/ TS: 2 years (preferred)
