Job Title: Purchase Executive

Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Purchase Executive to join our Supply Chain Management (SCM) department. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 2 years of experience in procurement and inventory management. The Purchase Executive will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing goods and services for our organization.

Roles And Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and evaluate their products and services.
  • Negotiate contracts and terms with suppliers to ensure cost-effective purchases.
  • Maintain and update procurement records, including purchase orders, delivery schedules, and vendor agreements.
  • Monitor inventory levels and manage stock replenishment to ensure timely availability of goods.
  • Collaborate with various departments to understand their purchasing needs and requirements.
  • Evaluate supplier performance and provide feedback to improve supplier relationships.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations in all purchasing activities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or inventory management.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and experience with procurement software.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of supply chain management principles and practices.
