Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Executive to join our team in a dynamic manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring compliance with statutory regulations, maintaining accurate financial records, and supporting internal and external audits.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day accounting entries including sales, purchases, receipts, and payments in Tally.

Prepare and maintain books of accounts (journals, ledgers, bank reconciliations, etc.).

Handle accounts payable and receivable, vendor payments, and follow-ups.

Prepare GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B), TDS filings, and coordinate with consultants for statutory compliance.

Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

Support inventory and cost accounting functions in coordination with the production department.

Handle payroll entries and employee reimbursements as required.

Ensure timely filing of tax returns and other compliance requirements under Indian tax laws.

Coordinate with auditors and respond to queries during internal and statutory audits.

Maintain documentation and records for all financial transactions.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelors degree in Commerce (B.Com) or related field; M.Com or semi-qualified CA preferred

Minimum 4 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a manufacturing setup

Proficient in Tally ERP and MS Excel is mandatory

Knowledge of Indian taxation laws (GST, TDS, Income Tax)

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills

Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Preferable joining time: 15 days.
