Position: Accounts Executive

Key Tasks & Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update financial records, ledgers, and journals.
  • Process invoices, receipts, payments, and other financial transactions.
  • Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies.
  • Prepare and assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  • Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors for financial transactions.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
  • Support audits (internal and external) by providing necessary documentation.
  • Manage accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) functions.
  • Assist with payroll processing, tax filings, and other statutory compliance.

Pay: ₹18, ₹22,000.00 per month
