As a Sales Account Manager -(US) Enterprise, you will lead our team to expand our client base within a defined territory or market sector. This role is crucial in driving revenue by establishing new client relationships, enhancing existing ones, customizing our certification solutions to meet diverse client needs, and executing strategic sales initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Development: Proactively develop new client relationships through outreach and insights into potential client needs, aligning with AI Certs' offerings.
Lead Response and Conversion: Respond promptly to leads from marketing initiatives, assess sales potential, and ensure vigorous follow-up to transform prospects into active clients.
Client Engagement: Maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients through regular communication and strategic interactions, ensuring ongoing satisfaction and loyalty.
Negotiation and Closure: Drive negotiations and close deals effectively, leveraging a deep understanding of AI Certs' services and the competitive landscape.
Business Development Strategy: Implement targeted strategies to capture new business opportunities, following strategic sales plans and channel playbooks.
Industry Networking: Actively participate in industry events and conferences to network with prospective clients and boost AI Certs' market presence.
Interdepartmental Collaboration: Work alongside other departments to align business development strategies with broader company objectives, ensuring unified progress towards client success.
Sales Effectiveness Monitoring: Track and optimize the effectiveness of sales and business development activities through comprehensive metrics and data analysis.
