- Roles & Responsibilities:_
- Connecting sales team via call & video call for their daily work tracker, keep monitoring team’s progress in accordance to target vs. achievement sheet, identify GAP areas and propose intelligent approach towards. Deliver training to sales team of WAAREE/WAACAB & partners, distributors etc. Providing Training to the sales team.
- Taking up any urgent requests or queries in a timely manner. Determine priority of matters of attention, redirect matters to staff or handle personally, as appropriate.
- Development of effective sales strategies and set the monthly sales targets.
- Ensure the adequacy of ad sales related equipment/promotional material and smooth show of various events i.e., expo, road shows etc.
- Implementing and monitoring the performance of sales strategies
- Maintaining an updated record of all important customer information in the database
- Recording sales calls and meetings details for future reference
- Company post on social media platforms & to follow up with team about the post till completion.
- Liaison with external/ third party on behalf of MD/company and schedule key business meetings.
- Prepare correspondence, maintain sensitive records confidentially.
- Service MD desk producing key agendas, announcing meetings, taking minutes of the meetings, reviewing the earlier meetings and organizing key documents.
- Other administrative activities may come into various scenarios from time to time.
- Issuance of Materials requisition to GRN on purchase side & Ownership on process till PI to dispatch - Sales side.
- Connect warehouse team to ensure all orders should be processed timely and accurately by them and still in case of any unforeseen delays in orders or anticipating any major issue/complaint, handle the partner in diligent way and ensure after sales support as required/requested.
- To communicate with key clients of the company.
- Preparing PI, OA, quotation, MRIN etc.
- Maintaining an updated record of all important customer information in the database
- Complete handling/support to super stockiest / distributors etc & to prepare, issue & maintain necessary documents.
- Tour, Business visits & Exhibition: Local tour - 3 days in a month & Outstation tour - 3 to 4 consecutive days in a month.
- To handle E-commerce business.
- Ensuring adherence to laws, regulations, and policies.
- Multitasking and other assignments can be given related to business.
- Skill Set:_
- Good computer skills (MS Office), especially in Excel, Word & PowerPoint.
- Elementary in English skills
- Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Time management over multitasks related to operations, SCM (Supply Chain Management) & sales.
- Experience 2 years and above
- Knowledge of social media platform
- Team handling
- Multitasking abilities to handle works parallelly.
