**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Sales Coordination**:

- Assist the sales team with client communication, follow-ups, and order updates.
- Prepare and maintain sales reports, trackers, and presentations.
- Coordinate with internal teams (accounts, logistics, operations) to ensure smooth order execution.
- Maintain customer databases and update CRM systems.
- Support in preparing proposals, quotations, and contracts.

**Personal Assistant Duties**:

- Manage calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements for senior management.
- Organize meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes.
- Assist in day-to-day administrative tasks and confidential matters.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in sales coordination/assistant roles.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
