IT Service Management Lead

Job Description: As an IT Service Management (ITSM) Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire service management lifecycle. This includes incident management, problem management, and change management.

Role Description:

  • Managing and executing configuration management changes to ensure CMDB data integrity and robustness.
  • Collaborating with IT teams to ensure accurate and timely updates to the CMDB.
  • Providing training on ITOM discovery, OT Module, and SAM best practices.
  • Implementing data validation processes to ensure data integrity.

Qualification:

  • 8-10 years of relevant experience in an IT industry.
  • 5 years' experience in ServiceNow ITSM, including IT Service Management, ServiceNow CMDB, ITOM, SAM, and HAM modules.
  • Experience with CSDM model and life cycle.
  • Strong understanding of IT infrastructure and components, including servers, networks, and applications.

Skills and Competences:

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • ITIL certified.
  • Agile methodology experience.
  • Strong technical expertise in external data source integrations, ITOM discovery, OT Module, and SAM.
