ServiceNow ITOM Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow ITOM specialist to fill this key role.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in implementing and configuring the ServiceNow platform, specifically within the IT Operations Management (ITOM) domain. They will possess in-depth knowledge of CMDB, CSDM model, Discovery, Service Maps, Event/Alert Management, Asset Management, Performance Analytics, AIOps, Predictive Intelligence, and Integration Hub.

  • Design, develop, test, and configure business requirements on the ServiceNow platform with a focus on ITOM, CMDB, CSDM, Discovery, Service Maps, Event/Alert Management, Asset Management, Performance Analytics, AIOps, Predictive Intelligence, and Integration Hub.
  • Work closely with business stakeholders to capture detailed technical and business requirements through demonstrations and workshops.
  • Capture requirements from SMEs and stakeholders through hands-on engagement.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for the development of user stories, configurations, and delivery within agreed timelines.
  • Develop custom solutions as required using scripting and software development skills.
  • Prepare high-level and low-level design, architecture design, technical documentation as specified.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • At least 5+ years of experience in IT software development and ServiceNow implementation.
  • Hands-on developer experience in scripting, unit testing of NOW platform features, and System Integrations.
  • Expert knowledge in configuring CMDB, CSDM model, Discovery, Service Mappings with Impact, Root Cause Analysis.
  • Expertise in designing and developing KPI-driven Reporting & Dashboards.
  • Deep understanding of REST, WSDL, JSON, and ability to integrate with third-party applications, data sources.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
