Customer Service Representative

This role involves assisting clients with inquiries via live chat or email, providing a seamless customer experience, and staying updated on the company's platform and market conditions.

  • Support clients across multiple channels to resolve their queries efficiently.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients through proactive and responsive communication.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions for future reference.
  • Act as the first point of contact for client inquiries, escalating complex issues to management when necessary.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, mathematics, or a related field is preferred.
  • Diploma in business administration or business management is a minimum requirement, with a focus on numerical analysis.
  • Absorbent candidates will have 2-4 years of customer service experience, training in frontline operations (livechat and email).
  • Candidates with background in financial institutions or fintech will be advantageous.
  • Ability to analyze numbers and statistics is essential for this position.
  • Proficiency in English and Hindi for effective communication is required.
  • We are looking for a team player who is committed and self-driven, able to respond positively to client requests.
  • Flexibility to work 5 days a week, including weekends and public holidays, is expected.
