We seek an accomplished Human Resources professional to lead our global operations.

">Key Responsibilities:">
  • Global HR Operations Management: Oversee and manage daily HR activities, ensuring efficient processes and adherence to company policies and regulations.
  • International Background Verification (BGV): Streamline the international background verification process, ensuring compliance and accuracy in hiring.
  • Collaboration with Global HR Teams: Collaborate with HR teams across various regions to implement best practices and ensure consistency in HR operations globally.
  • Employee Onboarding: Develop and implement effective onboarding programs for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
  • Exit Interviews: Conduct exit interviews to gather feedback and insights, helping to improve employee retention and workplace culture.
  • Global Movement of Employees: Knowledge of movement of employees across international borders, ensuring compliance and adherence to company policies.
Qualifications:">
  • Minimum 8+ years of experience in HR operations, with a focus on international HR practices.
  • Strong knowledge of international background verification processes and compliance. Experience in onboarding and exit interview processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
  • Proficiency in HR software and tools.
Preferred Skills:">
  • Experience working in the European region.
  • Multilingual abilities are a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
